Your Culinary Guide:Chef Laxman Tamang, with his years of dedication and experience, will lead you through the intricacies of Nepali cooking. Starting as a helper in 2013, Laxman's passion for cooking was nurtured here at our hotel, and now he's ready to share his secrets with you.
The Menu:Participants will learn to craft a traditional Nepali Dal Bhat set, an emblematic and wholesome meal featuring lentil soup (Dal), steamed rice (Bhat), and a variety of accompaniments such as vegetable curries, pickles, and the chef's secret sauce. Alongside this staple, the class will delve into making momos (Nepali dumplings) and a selection of traditional snacks that offer a taste of Nepal's street food culture.
