Booking Policy for Shangri-La Boutique Hotel

1. Reservation and Booking Process

1.1. Reservation Channels: Guests can make reservations through the following channels:

1.2. Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to guarantee and confirm the reservation. The card will be pre-authorized at the time of booking.

 

1.3. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email, including reservation details and a confirmation number.

 

2. Cancellation and Modification

 

2.1. Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

 

2.2. Modification Policy: Changes to the reservation, including changes to the check-in or check-out dates or room type, are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact us directly to request modifications.

 

3. Check-in and Check-out

 

3.1. Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible, but it is not guaranteed.

 

3.2. Check-out Time: Check-out is required by 12 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

 

4. Payment and Charges

 

4.1. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

 

4.2. Incidentals: Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service, minibar, or damages, will be charged to the guest's credit card on file, unless otherwise specified.

 

5. No-Show Policy

 

5.1. No-Show: In the event of a no-show (when a guest fails to arrive without prior notice of cancellation), the credit card on file will be charged for the full reservation amount.

 

6. Special Requests

 

6.1. Special Requests: We make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as room preferences or dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking, and we will do our best to fulfill them.

 

7. Smoking Policy

 

7.1. Smoking: Shangri-La Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
